T1 is our first remote cockpit designed specifically for control, dispatch, and command centers. At the beginning of the design, the team considered the needs of the elevator. The FISON team integrates the central control box, steering wheel, foot brake accelerator, button panel, display screen, various connection functions, and many other components into the front-end module assembly. The team independently designed a safe and reliable wiring harness circuit for it. T1 has excellent performance, tailor-made technology, and unimaginable driving control performance, bringing huge breakthroughs to users' remote driving and taking over scheduling operations.
On this minimalist button panel, the FISON team provides sticker holes for each button. After receiving it, users can paste the name of the button panel themselves. Completing custom editing of buttons greatly liberates productivity. Users no longer need to think hard to determine the button function and shape. From now on, you can buy it back and define it yourself with stickers. It's okay if you're wrong, tear it off and stick it back on. There is no more convenient definition scheme than this. Why should I be able to enter the elevator?
Many customers encounter difficulties in entering narrow passages after purchasing a cockpit. Some require going up the elevator for deployment, while others require entering and exiting the office. Traditional equipment or simulators often do not consider this pain point and require the entire device product to be disassembled. Solutions include: manufacturers personally sending people to install (paying for on-site service fees), or customers disassembling and reinstalling the entire cockpit themselves (reducing work efficiency and wasting manpower). In response to this, the FISON team designed a quick disassembly structure that can complete the disassembly and assembly of T1 in 5 minutes. After splitting, the single module can enter and exit with a door diameter as narrow as 900mm, which can meet the entry and exit needs of 99% of the site.
